How long do we store your personal information?

We store your information if it is necessary to perform you agreed commitments to you and as long as is required by statutory storage time. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your information. These obligations derive from accounting and tax legislation, as well as agreements entered into. In those cases, we will anonymize your personal information from being used to purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.



It is up to each manager to ensure that all employees who handle personal information have sufficient training and technical resources to prevent any unauthorised infringement of a registered personal information.
