How long do we store your personal information?

We store your information if it is necessary to perform you agreed commitments to you and as long as is required by statutory storage time. When we save your information for purposes other than our agreed commitments, such as for marketing activities, we save the information if legitimate interests exists.

  • Right to rectification You are entitled to correct incorrect or incomplete information about yourself.  
  • Right to be deleted ("the right to be forgotten") You are entitled to request deletion of your personal information for those cases where the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your information. These obligations derive from accounting and tax legislation, as well as agreements entered into. In those cases, we will anonymize your personal information from being used to purposes other than fulfilling such legal obligations.
